By using Signal Plan you agree to these terms.
Estimates only
Forecasts, AP counts and placements are preliminary planning estimates, not engineering guarantees. Validate with an on-site RF survey and current vendor specifications before buying or installing equipment. The tool is provided "as is" without warranty, and we are not liable for decisions made from its results.
Paid HD exports
A watermark-free HD export (a PNG image of the forecast, or a PDF design report with the forecast, AP schedule, recommendations and assumptions) costs US$3.00 per download, charged each time through PayPal. It is a digital product delivered immediately after payment is confirmed, so please check your floor plan before paying. Because every download is a separate purchase, changing the plan and downloading again is a new charge. If a paid file fails to download, contact us with your PayPal order ID and we will help or refund. Otherwise delivered exports are not refundable.
Pro subscription
Signal Plan Pro is billed through PayPal at the price shown at checkout (monthly or annual) and renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time in the Pro window or in your PayPal account under Automatic payments; Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are not refundable except where the law requires it or where Pro does not work and we cannot fix it; contact us with your subscription ID. Multi-floor results, like all forecasts here, are planning estimates.
Brands
Signal Plan is not affiliated with any AP manufacturer. Brand and model names belong to their owners.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service, or attempt to overload it. We may block abusive traffic.
