Your floor plan
Floor-plan images are processed in your browser and are not uploaded or stored by us.
What our server receives
When you calculate a design, your browser sends only planning numbers (floor size, band, target signal, client count, wall losses and the AP models you chose) so the server can return model data. We do not store this data.
Cookies and advertising
We use Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve and measure ads. You can choose non-personalized ads in the consent banner, and learn more or opt out at adssettings.google.com. Your banner choice is saved in your browser's local storage.
Affiliate links and sponsors
Some links to retailers may be affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Sponsored placements are labelled. Retailers and advertisers have their own privacy policies.
Security checks
We use Cloudflare, including Turnstile, to block automated abuse. Cloudflare may process technical data such as your IP address for this purpose.
Donations and paid exports
Donations and HD export purchases are handled by PayPal. We receive only the order ID and whether the payment completed, never your card or PayPal login details. Your floor plan is not uploaded for a paid export: the file is created in your browser.
Pro subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are handled by PayPal. We do not keep a customer database. After you subscribe, your browser stores a Pro token and your PayPal subscription ID in its local storage, and our server asks PayPal whether the subscription is active whenever you open the planner. Your company name, logo and saved project files stay on your own device and are never uploaded.
